On a sorcerers 14th birthday they are anointed into one of three magic categories. This happens in a ceremony that is held in Gordicha, where the heart of magic will show them which type they belong to. On this day female sorcerers are also granted two power potentials within their type which will allow them to develop these powers faster than average. Which magic type a sorcerer is granted is based on their personality traits.
